• Electrical: Installation of nine new ceiling-mounted 2ft x 2ft LED troffers (3300 lumen, 3500K) to achieve a minimum illuminance of 50 footcandles at 3ft above the finished floor. Lights to be controlled by a single wall-mounted switch. Installation of two 30A 240V NEMA 3R heavy-duty non-fused disconnects at heat pump locations. Installation of new circuit breakers and feeder conductors for new HVAC equipment at panel MDP, sized per manufacturer recommendations. Relocation of existing 16ea quad outlets to match the height of existing flush-mounted outlets and re-labeling.
