Delivery Requirements

Strict delivery conditions apply:

  • Deliveries must be palletized unless otherwise arranged.
  • Non-frozen perishables: 34°F to 40°F.
  • Canned goods: above 34°F, not frozen.
  • Frozen foods: 0°F or below.
  • Products showing signs of prior thawing will be refused.
  • Certified religious diet items must be marked with the Kosher Symbol and comply with BOP National Menu Specifications.
  • All items are subject to inspection and testing for up to three days post-receipt. Rejected items must be picked up by the vendor within two days of notification, or they will be disposed of within two weeks.
