Scope of Work

If an "equal" product is proposed, full technical specifications must be submitted for government review and acceptance. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, hardware, and equipment to restore the boiler to full operational functionality, followed by testing. The Government will dispose of the removed heat exchanger. Work must be performed with minimal interference to FBOP operations.
Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, following a Lowest Price – Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, where price and technical acceptability are considered equally. The place of performance is FCI Englewood, 9595 W. Quincy Avenue, Littleton, CO 80123.
