New microprocessor-based controls, ACVVVF drive equipment, emergency braking devices, seismic components, door equipment, signal fixtures, two-way communication systems, and machine-room upgrades will be installed. The project also requires refurbishment or replacement of hoistway components, new hoistway door panels, and updated restricted-floor security features. All work must comply with ASME A17.1, applicable building codes, and performance requirements. This is a turnkey project, including fire safety and electrical work. Only geared machines are accepted, and a 12-month manufacturer's warranty is required.

Contract Details
