Scope of Work
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive IT support services, including operating, maintaining, and updating the FEC's applications and systems. This encompasses managing Java/Apache Tomcat and .Net applications, ensuring the latest software and security patches, and supporting applications deployed in the FEC's AWS cloud. Key responsibilities include:
- Application Maintenance: Supporting Searchable Legal Applications (FOSERS, FORCES, FRAPS, AODES, SMUR), FEC Disclosure Suite (Administrative Fines, Debt Settlements, etc.), and Reports Analysis Division (RAD) Modules.
- Database Management: Supporting applications utilizing Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Informatica Expertise: Patching, upgrading, maintaining, modifying, and creating new Informatica mappings.
- Performance Standards: Adhering to a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) covering test coverage, code quality, WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508 compliance, CI/CD, OWASP ASVS 4.0, and security ticket resolution.
