Purpose & Scope
The FEC requires comprehensive IT support to ensure the continuous operation, maintenance, and modernization of its critical applications and systems. The scope includes managing Java/Apache Tomcat and .Net applications deployed in the FEC's AWS cloud environment, applying software and security patches, and handling updates driven by legislative, regulatory, and policy changes. A key task involves providing an Informatica tool expert and completing the migration of Oracle stored procedures to PostgreSQL. The contractor will also be responsible for knowledge transfer to FEC technical staff and adhering to stringent quality assurance standards (QASP, WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, OWASP ASVS 4.0).

Submission Requirements

The total response should not exceed 25 pages, with the technical response limited to 20 pages. Submissions must be in Microsoft Word or searchable Adobe .pdf format.
