Scope of Work

  • Provide telecommunication support services for transmitting and receiving high-definition (HD) broadcast signal feeds to and from major media outlets.
  • Establish two (2) independent HD-SDI (1.5GHz) outbound and two (2) independent HD-SDI inbound signal paths for simultaneous send/receive capabilities and redundancy.
  • Install all necessary transmitting and receiving equipment within three (3) business days following contract award.
  • Submit an itemized list of all equipment, including manufacturer names and model numbers, prior to installation.
  • Ensure continuous 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of broadcast connections.
  • Comply with CDC and federal cybersecurity requirements, including coordination with the CDC CyberSecurity Program Office and routing through a Trusted Internet Connection (TIC).
  • All contractor employees must complete mandatory CDC training and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
