Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, configuring, and testing transmitting and receiving equipment to establish two (2) independent HD transmit and two (2) independent HD receive signal paths. Services must ensure signal transport meets commercial broadcast-quality video standards and include continuous 24/7 monitoring and maintenance, routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Installation of necessary equipment must be completed within 15 calendar days of contract award. Vendors are responsible for supplying all necessary encoding equipment to transmit and receive the 3G HD-SDI signal. The requirement involves continuing existing services, utilizing existing operational fiber circuits (ATT Fiber and internal CDC path), and complying with extensive cybersecurity requirements, including routing traffic through a Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and FIPS 140 validation for encryption. A future upgrade to 12G single link UHD video is desired.
