Key Requirements & Warranties
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and the prime contractor must hold a State of Florida Certified or Registered Construction Contractor or Roofing Contractor License. A Bid Guarantee, Performance, and Payment Bonds are required. Required warranties include:
- 20-year watertight warranty.
- 30-year PVDF finish warranty (if applicable).
- 5-year contractor installation warranty.
- 50-year or "lifetime" material warranty.
- 5-year manufacturer's no-dollar-limit warranty. A 20-year paint finish warranty is required for applicable materials, but not for tin-zinc coated copper.
