Evaluation

Quality Assurance & Traceability
Contractors must implement a quality system compliant with ISO-9001, amplified by ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025 (or MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-4). Government Quality Assurance (GQA) will be performed at the source. Critical traceability and certification requirements are in place for Level I/SUBSAFE systems, ensuring material can be traced to certification test reports via unique markings. Material handling, receiving inspection, and final inspection procedures are detailed, including 100% inspection for traceability and certification data.
