This solicitation is for the provision of lodging, meeting spaces, and related hotel services for CNREURAFCENT CREDO for their Personal Resiliency Retreats at NSA Souda Bay during FY26. The training is an interactive learning process for US personnel.

• Lodging: 23 single rooms (23 personnel) for each retreat, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms must be furnished, clean, sanitary, and free from pests. A late checkout is provided for guests (1300) and staff (1400).

• Meeting Space: One conference room (80-90 sq meters) free of obstructions, furnished with tables and chairs. Includes a working multimedia projector, large projection screen, microphone, podium, and audio speakers. Controlled 24-hour access to guest rooms and the conference room is required.

• Food & Beverage: Daily American-style breakfast buffet, with lunch and dinner options (buffet or plated). Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages are included. A refreshment station with snacks and beverages is required in the conference room.

• Amenities: Complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi access for all participants. Hotels must be rated a minimum of "Four Star Hotel" and located within 50 km of Chania Town Center.

• Physical Fitness Facilities: Contract site must have physical fitness facilities (e.g., swimming pool, indoor gym, etc.) as per OPNAVINST 6110.11.

• Period of Performance: Three retreat periods in FY26:

  • April 24-26, 2026
  • June 12-14, 2026
  • September 25-27, 2026

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Funding: Operation and Maintenance Navy Funds (O&M, N).
