Scope of Work
The project's objective is to perform comprehensive concrete spalling repairs and apply a new protective coating system to exterior walkways, stems, and balconies of multiple BEQ facilities (e.g., HP195, M430, M435, BB260, BB265, BB270). Key tasks include:
- Surface Preparation & Demolition: Removing unsound, loose, or cracked concrete.
- Concrete Repair: Treating exposed reinforcing steel with anti-corrosion coating and repairing spalls to a sound, uniform surface. Specific product criteria include Epoxy-Based material with minimum 13,000 PSI Compressive Strength and 5,500 PSI Flexural Strength.
