Quick Summary

The project requires performing comprehensive concrete spalling repairs and applying a new protective coating system to exterior walkways, stems, and balconies of multiple BEQ facilities (e.g., HP195, M430, M435, BB260, BB265, BB270). Key tasks include:

  • Surface Preparation & Demolition: Removing unsound, loose, or cracked concrete.
  • Concrete Repair: Treating exposed reinforcing steel with anti-corrosion coating and repairing spalls using an epoxy-based, non-shrinking product with high compressive (13,000 PSI) and flexural (5,500 PSI) strength.

Work must minimize disruption as buildings will remain occupied. Contractors are responsible for verifying quantities, though SOW quantities are intended to be accurate.
