Sustainment work covers exterior painting; repairing and painting/tiling interior walls and ceilings; and repairing cracked/broken concrete sub-base.
Replacements include deteriorated roofing, flashing, metal roof, drains, gutters, disfigured window/door screens, all interior doors and hardware, closet shelving, kitchen/bathroom cabinets, fixtures, hardware, range hoods, garbage disposals, all vinyl composition tile and sheet vinyl, and all sewage/domestic drain, cold/hot water, heating/cooling piping and associated hardware.
Electrical updates include all lighting fixtures, switches, electrical outlets, wiring to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and TV, telephone, and internet access receptacles/wiring.

Site improvements involve demolition and replacement of existing mechanical, water utility, and sanitary sewer piping, and installation of new water meters and fire water distribution systems.
