- Replacing chillers with new units, ensuring a 10-year parts, labor, and refrigerant warranty, factory-installed water strainers, GFCI convenience outlets, and heat trace for evaporator/piping.
- New chillers must feature single-point power connection, VFDs for condenser fan motors, specific e-coat/topcoat for corrosion protection, Microchannel construction coils, louvered guards, seismic feet, thermal dispersion flow switches, and phase loss protection.
- Replacement of associated pumps, drives, triple duty valves, suction diffusers, and butterfly valves at the chilled water pumps.
- Installation of emergency tees, BACnet/MSTP controls, and "Y" type strainers.
