Scope of Work

The contractor will provide a low-barrier therapeutic and rehabilitative environment, not for detoxification or acute treatment. Key services include:

  • Safe housing, three daily meals with snacks, and laundry facilities.

  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), harm reduction intervention, and a Housing First approach.
