Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items seeking quotations for seven (7) Gantry Crane Systems or equal for the Tire Shop at Red River Army Depot (RRAD). The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• Seven (7) new Gantry Crane Systems, each with a 1000 lb. rated pneumatic hoist.

• Each system requires a rigid steel free-standing structure facilitating manual X-Y movement of the hoist.

This document outlines the minimum requirements for the purchase and installation of seven (7) independent gantry crane systems, each equipped with a 1000 lb. pneumatic hoist. These systems are intended for use in heavy industrial tire shop production operations at Red River Army Depot (RRAD).

• Seven (7) Gantry Crane Systems: Each system must be independent and designed to support production operations.

• 1000 lb. Pneumatic Hoists: Each system requires a pneumatic chain hoist with a minimum 1000 lb. capacity, lift speed between 35-55 ft/min, and ergonomic pendant controls.

• Turnkey Installation: The vendor is responsible for complete installation, including off-loading, assembly, leveling, securing to the foundation, connection to utilities, and making systems fully operational.

• Pneumatic Header System: Each gantry requires a pneumatic header with filter, regulator, lubricator, shutoff valve, drip leg, and drain point.

• Air Hoses and Festoons: Required for air supply to hoists.
