- Building Renovations: Comprehensive upgrades for multiple buildings (1062, 1063, 1064, 1065 at Strawberry; West, East, North, South Houses at Kamas). Tasks include window and door replacement, hardware updates, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation (LVT, carpet, hardwood), electrical and plumbing upgrades, HVAC servicing, appliance replacement, roof repairs, and exterior concrete work.
