Scope of Work
The requirement, under Solicitation Number FA8601-26-Q-0024, includes:
- CLIN 0001: Procurement of one (1) Gas Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) System, configured for liquid sample analysis. The system must support capillary columns, feature an oven capable of ramping at 35 °C/min or higher up to 200 °C (max 430 °C), include a split/splitless inlet with electronic pressure control, and an autosampler capable of holding at least 16 samples. It must support both helium and hydrogen carrier gas, and be configured for standard 120V single phase, 60 Hz electricity.
- The system must include a single quadrupole mass spectrometer configured for electron ionization, capable of simultaneous single-ion and scan mass spectra acquisition. All necessary vacuum pumps and a computer with control software, NIST mass spectral libraries, and data search capabilities are also required.
- CLIN 0002: On-site training and familiarization for up to 3 personnel, lasting at least 1 day.
- On-site installation and validation by qualified staff directly employed by the vendor.
- A one (1) year warranty.
- Delivery is required within 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
