- Services such as mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, irrigation, debris/leaf removal, lawn conditioning, pest control, and lawn repair.
- Maintenance of Vegetative Beds, Inert Beds, Rock Beds, Surface Drainage Ditches, and Standing Water Areas.
- Tree services, including identification of hazardous trees, pruning, trimming, and removal.
- Special requirements cover emergency services, xeriscaping, special cuts for events, and planting.
- The growing season is from April 1 through October 31. Workload estimates and detailed maps (e.g., 128.92 acres Improved Grounds, 450.03 acres BASH) are provided for bidder planning.
