The contractor must complete State of Wyoming Class V Package Plant Treatment (Ground Monitoring) Department of Environmental Quality Reporting Forms (GEMS Reports) or use the WDEQ Water Quality Division Document Uploads Form. Additionally, a health and safety plan, work plan/sampling and analysis plan, and quality assurance/quality control component are required. Statistical analysis on groundwater data must be performed in accordance with WYDEQ Solid Waste Rules, and 7 wells at the Colter Bay Landfill site are to be monitored biennially.
