Scope of Work
The objective is to meet Section I requirements of all WYDEQ permits for GRTE and JODR wastewater systems through annual groundwater monitoring and reporting. This includes Spring (May/June) and Fall (September) sampling events. Services involve collecting water quality information and analyzing samples for specific parameters such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), TAL Metals, ammonia, nitrate, COD, cyanide, chloride, fluoride, sulfate, TOC, TDS, and bicarbonate/carbonate alkalinity. The contractor must complete State of Wyoming Class V Package Plant Treatment (Ground Monitoring) Department of Environmental Quality Reporting Forms (GEMS Reports) or use the WDEQ Water Quality Division Document Uploads Form. Additionally, a health and safety plan, work plan/sampling and analysis plan, and quality assurance/quality control component are required. Statistical analysis on groundwater data must be performed in accordance with WYDEQ Solid Waste Rules, and 7 wells at the Colter Bay Landfill site are to be monitored biennially.
