Eligibility & Submission

Adherence to Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) requirements for services (50% to non-SDVOSBs) is mandatory. Quotes must be submitted by the deadline and include a completed SF 1449 (Page 1) with SAM Unique ID, a signed Limitations on Subcontracting acknowledgment, and a completed Price Schedule.
