Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remove volcanic debris deposited by a recent eruption across developed and maintained areas of Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, restoring affected areas to safe and serviceable conditions.

• Removal of volcanic debris including tephra, volcanic ash, rocks, cinders, and Pele's hair from various surfaces.

• Tasks include:

  • Pressure washing roofs, gutters, and exterior building surfaces.
  • Removing debris from paved surfaces (roads, parking areas, sidewalks).
  • Removing debris from landscaped and turf areas.
  • Minimizing airborne dispersion and secondary contamination.
