Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated on:
- Technical: Rated Acceptable/Unacceptable. Offerors must demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirement and ability to perform all SOW tasks and HAZMAT Containers Procurement Policy (Attachment #1). Specific elements to address include Design & Fabrication, Logistics, and Support & Maintenance. Failure to address all elements will result in an Unacceptable rating.
- Past Performance: The Government will assess relevant past performance (1-2 examples within the past 24 months) demonstrating experience in similar scope, size, and complexity, particularly in support and maintenance of leased equipment.
- Price: Price is not the sole factor but may be determining if offers are deemed equal across other criteria.
