  • General: Minimum 850-gallon sump capacity, year-round 70-degree temperature maintenance (heating and A/C), and compliance with NFPA and OSHA for fire suppression systems.
  • Electrical: 120/240V, 100A, 3-wire, single-phase UL-listed load center (NEMA 3R), with specific requirements for exterior camlock connections, circuit breakers, and transformers, complying with NFPA 70.
  • Enclosure: Hurricane-proof (110 MPH winds), water-resistant, outward-swinging lockable doors, Energy Star rated heat pumps, steel grate flooring draining to the sump, and specific labeling.
