  • Support & Maintenance: Provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to keep containers fully operational and compliant throughout the lease period. This includes equipment replacement/repair (excluding negligence), fire suppression system servicing, door repair, and quarterly A/C filter changes.
  • Technical Specifications: Containers must be hurricane-proof (110 MPH winds), water-resistant, with outward-swinging lockable doors, Energy Star rated heat pumps, and steel grate flooring draining to the sump. Electrical systems must be 120/240V, 100A, 3-wire, single-phase UL-listed load center (NEMA 3R) compliant with NFPA 70. Units must be designed for safe lifting with required attachments, stiffening, and clear weight markings, including lifting sketches and rigging diagrams.
