Scope of Work & Key Requirements

The requirement is for a complete, fully functional, and ready-to-operate Heat Treat Oven. Key specifications include:

  • Chamber Dimensions: 24" H x 24" W x 48" L
  • Electrical: 460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz
  • Temperature: Up to 1200°F
  • Construction: Structural steel shell, 12-gauge sheet steel, minimum 6.5" multilayered insulation, stainless steel components for rollers, liner, and quench tank.
  • Features: Air-operated vertical lift door with safety switch, heavy-duty motor and fan, atmosphere ports (inlet, exhaust, TUS, SAT), PID controlled temperature system with high limit, videographic recorder, and a roller hearth quench system with load basket.

Submission & Evaluation
