Scope of Work & Key Requirements
The requirement is for a complete, fully functional, and ready-to-operate Heat Treat Oven. Key specifications include:
- Chamber Dimensions: 24" H x 24" W x 48" L
- Electrical: 460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz
- Temperature: Up to 1200°F
- Construction: Structural steel shell, 12-gauge sheet steel, minimum 6.5" multilayered insulation, stainless steel components for rollers, liner, and quench tank.
- Features: Air-operated vertical lift door with safety switch, heavy-duty motor and fan, atmosphere ports (inlet, exhaust, TUS, SAT), PID controlled temperature system with high limit, videographic recorder, and a roller hearth quench system with load basket.
- Deliverables: Two (2) electronic copies of technical data (operation, maintenance, diagnostic information) and Item Unique Identification (IUID) in accordance with DFARS 252.211-7003. The Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) specifies these data items, with an estimated price of $200,000.00 for data deliverables.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a complete quote package conforming to Section 3.0 of the Statement of Work. Quotations must be received no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on April 13, 2026. The entire quotation must be contained in a single email not exceeding 5 megabytes; .zip or .exe files are not permitted. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), assessing technical acceptability on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis and price for reasonableness.
