Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other necessary items or services to perform comprehensive HVAC services. This includes:
- Preventative Maintenance Services (PMS): Routine maintenance according to an approved schedule and manufacturer's instructions.
- Routine Service Calls: Requiring a 24-hour response time.
- Corrective Maintenance (Repairs): Including labor (not to exceed 80 hours per CLIN) and a fixed allowance for parts ($5,000 per CLIN). The contract period is for one Base Year with four (4) 12-month option years. Performance will be at USCG STA Ft. Macon, 2301 E Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.
