Contractors are responsible for providing disposable media filters, with specific sizes (18”x24”x4” and 18”x24”x2”) and a part number (100289340; CN4-850) for a water heater filter/dehumidifier condensate neutralizer specified. The water heater is excluded, but the water boiler is included. Detailed HVAC zone plans and equipment locations are provided for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must complete blocks 14-20c and 30a-30c of the SF 1442, and provide pricing. Evaluation criteria include Price, Ability to complete all project requirements, and Past Performance, using FAR 13.106-2 techniques. Offerors must have an active vendor record at SAM.gov and meet size requirements by the due date. Superintendents and alternates must be prime contractor employees. A Wage Determination (No. 2015-4401, Rev. 30) for North Carolina counties applies, including requirements for Executive Order 13706 (Paid Sick Leave) and 13658 (Minimum Wage).
