- High-Game Fencing: Minimum 8-feet high, utilizing Statite 50 Game Fence with 6-inch vertical spacing, high-tensile woven wire, treated wood posts, galvanized T-posts, and specific galvanized tubing gates.
- Pasture Fencing: Approximately 5-feet tall, 5-strand high-tensile barbed wire fence in the Cameron Dulaney Tract.
- Gate Specifications (Starr County): 40 pieces of 16'x8', 4 pieces of 12'x8', and 4 pieces of 10'x8' High Game Galvanized Tubing Gates with wire mesh. Eight gates require inset installation, while 40 will be installed in a straight line.
