Scope of Work

- Installing one new wastewater recycling system for all four UltraPure systems.
- Integrating new humidification units into existing computerized control systems.
- Providing replacement components, including RODI 200 Gallons Per Day (GPD) specifications.
- Performing quarterly preventative and corrective maintenance on all four UltraPure humidification units and the water recycling system.
- Supplying all necessary parts and materials from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- Maintaining all required proprietary information, software, and current technical bulletins.
- Ensuring all technicians are authorized and certified by the UltraPure Systems manufacturer.
- Responding to service calls within eight (8) hours and providing detailed maintenance reports.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price for commercial services.
- Period of Performance: A twelve (12) month base period (March 27, 2026 - March 26, 2027) and four (4) twelve-month option years, extending the potential performance through March 26, 2031.
