• Proposal Format: Proposals must be submitted in four volumes: Contract Information (10 pages), Technical (15 pages), Past Performance (15 pages), and Price (N/A). Pages must be single-sided, 8.5" x 11", with a minimum 12pt font. Excess pages will not be considered.
• Key Personnel: Must be U.S. Citizens employed by U.S. companies and possess specific certifications (Honeywell Vindicator, Hirsch Velocity, PSG VICADS).
• Deliverables Compliance: Proposed deliverables must comply with Attachment #3, Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) Equipment Approval Memorandum (dated April 29, 2024), and any future updates.

• Install compatible and integrated equipment into the existing Bosch Video Management System (BVMS) at the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC).
