Scope of Work
Contractors will provide comprehensive Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) system assessment and repair services. This includes, but is not limited to, Air Handler Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP)/Split Systems, Chiller Leak Assessments, and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems. The contractor is responsible for all necessary materials, tools, equipment, personnel, and supervision. Filter changes are excluded for the contractor at Fort Sam Houston.

Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Key personnel requirements include a full-time Texas-licensed air conditioner repair/maintenance holder and EPA Section 608 certified technicians. Bonding is not required, but Texas licensing and insurance are mandatory. Contractors must implement NIST SP 800-171 and have a Basic DoD Assessment at the time of award. Compliance with the Service Contract Act Wage Determination is also required.
