Quick Summary
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has issued a Sources Sought notice for the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) OCONUS Medical Q Coded Services Enterprise Strategic Sourcing Program. This market research aims to identify capable contractors for providing full-time equivalent healthcare professional staff services to Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the Indo-Pacific/Pacific Rim regions, specifically Japan and Korea. The DHA anticipates awarding five (5) separate single-award Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Responses are due by March 10, 2026.
Purpose
This is a market research announcement to determine the availability and capabilities of potential contractors for a strategic sourcing acquisition program. Scope of Work
The program seeks to establish performance-based IDIQ contracts for health care professional staff services. This includes credentialed and non-credentialed contract workers to support mission requirements in OCONUS MTFs, clinics, health activities, and satellite locations. The five distinct labor segments for which IDIQ contracts are anticipated are:
- Direct Patient Service Providers
- Mental Health Services
- Nursing Services
- Medical Support Services
- Dental Services
Services encompass recruiting, qualifying, managing, and providing qualified medical contract staff for direct patient care, associated support services, health activities, and analytical support. Excluded services include Advisory and Assistance (A&AS), Information Technology (IT), Hospital Environmental Cleaning (HEC), Nonprofessional Medical Services (NPMS), and TRICARE Health Plan (THP).
