Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive program and administrative support services, primarily for the Agency's records management program. Key responsibilities include:
- Records Management: Identifying, classifying, prioritizing, storing, securing, archiving, preserving, retrieving, tracking, and disposing of Agency records, including liaising with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
- FOIA Program Support: Providing support related to the Agency's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program.
- General Administrative Support: Generating data and reports, disseminating information (internal and external), managing incoming and outgoing mail, providing receptionist/visitor assistance, and ensuring conference rooms and equipment are functional.
- Office of Administration Support: Assisting with travel, facilities management, and other administrative management programs.

- Security Requirements: A Secret Facility Clearance is mandatory. Contractor personnel must possess SECRET clearances issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DSCA). Classified storage is not required at the contractor's facility.
