Scope of Work

- Electrical Breaker Repairs: Replacement of twenty-six (26) failed Westinghouse POW-R-100 circuit breakers. A one-year warranty is required on all replaced breakers.
- Fire Alarm System Replacement: Complete replacement of the fire alarm system, including control panels, devices, and wiring. The new system and the installing contractor must be UL Certified, and a registered Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) is required on the project team.

Key Requirements & Notes
- Offerors must have an Active SAM registration.
- Subcontractors performing roof, electrical breaker, and fire alarm installation must have State of Tennessee certification for the appropriate dollar value.
- A bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000 (whichever is less) is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are also mandatory.
- Security clearances (Enter on Duty - EOD) are required for all personnel.
- The Buy American statute applies. Wage Determination TN20250200 applies to labor costs.
