Scope of Work
This requirement is for comprehensive maintenance and support services for eleven (11) Government-owned Illumina sequencing systems (including NextSeq 2000, NextSeq 550Dx, iScan) and ancillary equipment. Services must be performed on-site at the National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Rockville, MD, in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. Key deliverables include:
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): One planned PM inspection per instrument per 12-month term, performed by factory-trained personnel.
- Emergency Service: On-site emergency repair visits at no additional cost, with initial response within one hour and repairs completed within 48 hours if not resolved remotely.
- Replacement Parts: All required OEM or certified OEM remanufactured parts provided at no additional cost (excluding consumables), with delivery within 24 hours or next business day.
- Software Updates/Service: Provision of software service and updates per manufacturer's procedures, including error revisions, FDA-mandated updates, and reliability fixes.
- Technical Support: Unlimited toll-free technical telephone and email support available 24/7, with instrument and clinical application support during business hours.
