Scope of Work

The contract requires on-site maintenance and service for eleven (11) Illumina sequencing systems (including NextSeq 2000, NextSeq 550Dx, iScan) and related ancillary equipment. Services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and include:

  • One (1) annual preventive maintenance inspection per instrument.
  • Emergency repair visits with a one-hour initial response and 48-hour completion target.
  • Provision of OEM or certified OEM remanufactured replacement parts.
  • Software updates, error revisions, and technical support (24/7 phone/email for technical, M-F 8 AM-5 PM ET for application support).
  • All travel, labor, materials, and related charges are included in the contract price.

Evaluation
