Offerors and any subcontractors must be ANSI/ANAB accredited to ISO/IEC 17020:2012. Additionally, firms must be certified SDVOSBs and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of proposal submission. Wage determinations for Benton, Madison, and Washington counties in Arkansas apply.
