The required services include comprehensive grease trap and grit trap maintenance for the Temple VA (Buildings 163 & 202) and Waco Doris Miller VA (Buildings 4, 91, 202, & 226) facilities. Key tasks involve:
- Quarterly pumping, scraping, degreasing, and pressure washing of grease traps (up to 6,750 gallons at Temple, 3,000 gallons at Waco).
- Pumping and cleaning of specific grease pits and grit traps.
- Five emergency service calls per year for each location, with a 4-hour response time (up to 3,000 gallons at Temple, 2,000 gallons at Waco).
- Proper disposal of all waste materials (grease, sludge, trash) in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Compliance with local codes and VA standards, completion of service reports, and affixing cleaning tags.
- A 1-year warranty on all work performed.
