Purpose & Scope

This is a market research effort to identify potential sources for comprehensive support services. The contractor will provide user training, system maintenance, and support for existing AV systems, Hiperwall, and Strax platforms, which operate on a closed-loop network. The scope includes:

  • Strax Platform: Onsite training, 24/7/365 remote support (24hr onsite response), emergency response, PoDD device maintenance, and Autel Drone maintenance.
  • Hiperwall: Onsite regular maintenance (software updates), system optimization, software license renewal, and onsite support for presentations and training.
  • Audio Visual Support: 24hr virtual/onsite support, quarterly hardware/firmware/teleconferencing maintenance, onsite support for presentations/large events, DVLED maintenance, color balancing, audio/microphone/lighting control/occupancy sensor/matrix switch/NVX streaming maintenance, hardware updates, and One Beyond maintenance.
  • CyberIQ Installation and Support: Platform installation/provisioning, deployment/configuration, device discovery, VMS camera detection, electrical signature detection, port level awareness, anomaly detection, automated trust scoring, and 24/7/365 virtual/onsite support.

Place & Period of Performance

Services will be performed at the VA West Los Angeles, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. The anticipated period of performance is one base year, followed by four one-year option periods.

Key Requirements & Certifications

Respondents must demonstrate technical expertise and experience. Required certifications at the time of proposal submission include:

  • STRAX Intelligence: Certified Reseller, Technician, Instructor
  • Hiperwall: Master Level Installer and Technician
  • AVIXA: CTS - Certified Technology Specialist
  • Pakedge: PCNA - Pakedge Certified Network Administrator
  • FAA: Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft System Pilot
  • Crestron Electronics: Various certifications (CTI-P101, CTI-P201, DMC-S, DMC-D-4K, DMC-E-4K, DMC-T-4K, CTI-FUSION-P, DM-NVX-N, CTI-SG, Certified Audio Technician, Avia Audio Solutions Engineer, Certified Shading Technician)

Submission Information

This is a Sources Sought Announcement ONLY and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The VA is mandated to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). If SDVOSB responses are inadequate, an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be considered.

Interested parties must submit:

  • Company name, address, point of contact, phone, fax, email.
  • Unique Entity ID, Cage Code, Tax ID Number.
  • Type of business (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, small, large, etc.).
  • A detailed Capability Statement addressing qualifications and ability to perform the described Statement of Work (general statements are not acceptable).
