Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support across three main areas:
- Strax Platform: Onsite training for new and existing personnel, tabletop exercises, annual drills, 24/7/365 remote support with 24-hour onsite emergency response, remote/onsite maintenance for PoDD devices, and onsite Autel Drone maintenance.
- Hiperwall: Regular onsite maintenance (including software updates and system optimization), software license renewal, and onsite support for presentations and training.
- Audio Visual Support: 24-hour virtual support with 24-hour onsite response, quarterly hardware maintenance and firmware updates, quarterly teleconferencing maintenance, onsite support for presentations and large events, Direct View LED (DVLED) maintenance, color balancing for video walls, audio system maintenance (DSP tuning), microphone maintenance, lighting control maintenance, occupancy sensor maintenance, matrix switch/NVX streaming maintenance, hardware updates, and One Beyond maintenance. The first year also requires detailed wiring diagrams for SIM Center equipment.
- CyberIQ Installation and Support: Platform installation/provisioning, deployment/configuration, initial device discovery, Video Management System (VMS) camera detection/monitoring, electrical signature detection, port level awareness, anomaly detection, automated trust scoring, and 24/7/365 virtual and onsite support.
