Scope of Work
The contractor will provide annual preventative maintenance and inspections for sterile storage cabinets to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency, and identify potential failures. Key deliverables include:
- Annual PM and inspections, including replacement of HEPA filters, humidifier components, UV bulbs, and keyless lock batteries.
- Checks for airflow, filter integrity, static pressure, humidifier operation, thermoelectric cooler, electric heater, recirculation fans, heat rejection fans, cabinet pressure controller, temperature/humidity/pressure sensors, electrical cords, door seals, gasketing, and UV bulbs.
- Emergency on-line/phone support within business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM MST) and emergency on-site service during business hours.
- All parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- The contractor must possess HVAC certification and relevant State licensure.
- A detailed quality control plan, maintenance procedures, and a list of tools/parts are required.
- Clarifications from Amendment: An equipment inventory list will be provided after award. Corrective repairs will be quoted separately. The Statement of Work (SOW) will specify acceptable temperature and humidity performance thresholds and required documentation. OEM authorization or certification will be required for PMI or repair services.
