• Site Visit: No site visit is scheduled, and contractors are discouraged from visiting the site.
• After-Hours Cleaning: Not permitted per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraph 1.6.3.
• Supply Storage: On-site, dedicated, and securable space will be provided for janitorial staff. This will be addressed in an upcoming amendment.

• Cleaning Frequency: General Area Cleaning is twice weekly; Quarterly Tasks are quarterly; Semi-annual Tasks are semi-annually.
• Restrooms: Two (2) restrooms are within the facility and included in the 2,418 sq ft.
• Strip-and-Wax: Required for hard-surfaced floors (106 sq ft).
• Window Cleaning: Exterior windows are ground-level and accessible without special equipment.
• Escorts: Not required during normal cleaning hours (0800-1200).
• Federal Holidays: Routine cleaning is not required on federal holidays. Missed services due to closures will have rescheduled cleaning dates.
• Bid/Performance Bonds: Not required.
• Pricing Schedule: Will be added to the solicitation with an upcoming amendment.

• Option Year Pricing: Prices must be fully loaded. The Government will not dictate how offerors arrive at prices for option years.

An upcoming amendment will address supply storage. The Pricing Schedule will also be added via an upcoming amendment. Clarifications on facility details, service frequencies, and access requirements are provided.
