Eligibility & Evaluation
Only firms demonstrating full legal standing within the Kingdom of Morocco and possessing the required professional capabilities will be considered. Offers from legally registered Moroccan companies will be accepted. Award will be made using FAR Part 15 Tradeoff Process (FAR 15.101-1), where all evaluation factors and significant subfactors, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Government may award to other than the lowest-priced or highest technically rated offeror.
Additional Notes
A site visit is planned, and its date will be included in the forthcoming solicitation. Offerors are strongly encouraged to maintain an active SAM registration. While not strictly required at the time of this pre-solicitation, the Contracting Officer has determined it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in SAM at the time of submitting a proposal for the future solicitation.
