Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to the solicitation FA301626Q00280001 makes the following changes:

• Extends the Response Due Date from 18 February 2026 to 06 March 2026.

• Extends the Response Due Time from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM CST.

• The "Response Due Time" and "Response Due Date" fields on the Solicitation/Contract Form have been modified.

• Attachment 3 - Questions and Answers has been added.

• The "Header Miscellaneous Text" has been modified to include Attachment 3.

• The proposal deadline has been extended to Friday, 06 March 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. Bidders should ensure their submissions adhere to this new deadline. The addition of Attachment 3 (Questions and Answers) may provide further clarification relevant to proposal preparation.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for the delivery and installation of temporary fencing for the 2026 Great Texas Air Show Program.

• Provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and personnel for temporary fence delivery, installation, and removal.

• Secure the fence to prevent movement, with designated points for vehicle and aircraft access.

• Specific quantities and types of fencing required:

  • Approximately 10,000 ft. of 6ft high barrier type temporary event fencing (Spectator Parking Lot).

• Coordinate delivery and installation with designated points of contact.

• All personnel requiring installation access must undergo background checks and be verified prior to entry.

• Provide a written plan for installation and break-down with estimated completion times.

• Final completion times are non-negotiable due to airfield operations.

• Contractor is responsible for safety equipment and any injuries/medical treatment for their labor force.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Temporary Fencing Installation for the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Air Show Program 2026. The installation will take place on JBSA Randolph Air Force Base.

• Installation and removal of temporary fencing.
