Amendment Details
Amendment 0001 requires offerors to fill out pricing on Pages 4 & 5 of the SF 1449 and submit signed copies of both the SF 30 and SF 1449. It updates monthly in-person debriefing requirements (PWS Paragraph 5.9) and allows for separate annual pricing for the Administration Building and Group Shelter via new CLINs. The PWS has been replaced by an amended version.
