  • A K-12 Visual Arts Resource Platform: A vendor-hosted, web-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platform with content aligned to DoDEA's College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS). It must offer online access to standards-aligned resources (lesson plans, worksheets, artist biographies, videos, assessments) by grade/proficiency level, with a minimum of 150 lesson plans and 200 other resources per grade band. Content must be updated quarterly.
  • A Visual Arts Professional Learning Platform: A COTS digital platform for asynchronous, self-paced professional learning, including a comprehensive bank of visual arts-specific courses, webinars, and digital modules. Content areas include teaching methods, art history, technology in art, classroom management, pedagogy, differentiation, and curriculum planning. Content must be updated quarterly.
  • Customized Professional Learning: Provision of one to six 30-60 minute customized asynchronous learning modules or videos annually (up to 30 over the contract life).
  • General Requirements: Product training, industry-standard technical support, compliance with digital resource technical requirements (e.g., SCORM® compliant), and adherence to cybersecurity requirements, including FedRAMP Level 2 standards and DoD/DoDEA data security policies.
