Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Provide all labor, tools, and equipment to fabricate and install a wall on a government-owned KC-135 fuselage.

• Tasks include framing, sheeting, insulating, installing a standard door, painting, and fabricating a secondary access panel.

  • Framing the wall with provided 2"x4" metal studs and track.
  • Installing provided Rockwool insulation and .060 4x8 aluminum sheeting.
  • Installing a provided 3' standard door with knockdown frame, panic bar, and hardware.
  • Fabricating and installing a removable lower deck access door secured with quick-disconnect fasteners.
  • Prepping, priming, and painting the new wall (interior and exterior) to match the existing KC-135 fuselage color (FS 36173 Grey). The contractor is responsible for sourcing paint and supplies.

• The access door must be fabricated to fit the opening and properly secured.
