- Installing a provided 3' standard door with knockdown frame, panic bar, and hardware.
- Fabricating and installing a removable lower deck access door (approx. 3'x3' sheetmetal with quick-disconnect fasteners).
- Prepping, priming, and painting the new wall (interior and exterior) to match the existing KC-135 fuselage color (FS 36173 Grey). Painting is required for interior/exterior walls, doors, frames, and access panels.
- Waterproofing joints where the wall meets the fuselage with a flexible, paintable silicone sealant.
