Scope of Work
This opportunity requires annual preventative maintenance, calibration, and certification services for the following lab equipment:
- Alcor JFTOT 230 MARK IV (Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Tester)
- FALEX F400 400-001-003 (Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Tester)
- Anton Paar 106537 (Gum Tester)
- Tanaka Science AD-7 (Distillation Unit)
- Seta Analytics SA5200-0 U (FUJI FAME Analyzer)
Key deliverables include:
- Performing OEM recommended PM procedures, diagnostics, and calibrations.
- Incidental parts replacement to maintain operability.
- Providing a Preventative Maintenance Check list within five (5) business days.
- Offering telephone and/or on-site technical support during specified hours.
- Providing all software and firmware updates.
- Inspecting system operation and verifying operational usage.
- Including parts, calibration materials, labor, and travel expenses.
- Providing annual training for up to three (3) people on proper use, calibration, repair, and troubleshooting of one specified instrument (with six months' notice).
