Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive laboratory testing services, including technical skills, labor, and provision of required collection supplies. Key services include:
- General clinical and microbiology laboratory testing.
- Specimen handling guidance, analytical testing, and consultation.
- Testing of various samples (blood, urine, stool, etc.).
- Writing test results and reporting via website, email, or fax.
- On-site laboratory sampling at US Navy Air Station Sigonella facilities (NAS 1 and/or NAS 2).
- Occasional sampling at the Contractor's lab analysis center if recommended.

- Establishment of a Quality Plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Handling of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) as confidential and proper labeling of specimens.
- Courier services for specimen collection from 7:30 to 16:00 Monday through Friday.
- Written analysis and test report results within 24 hours after test completion.
